    HIGH FINANCIAL CRIME in America PAYS its why people to it. He will get 9 or 10 years and that is it. RUINED PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT entire portfolios gone! WHY NOT DO THIS because their is not real punishment 9 to 10 years out for parole in 7 in a minimum security prison.
