    I’m not ashamed at all lol. I’ll talk very openly about aging and my menopausal symptoms. It’s a natural part of living. Not everyone is given the gift of being older so if we’re blessed with getting older, look at it as a beautiful gift and don’t be ashamed about what comes with it 🥰
